Refund available within 7 days of purchase if you have not used more than 2 paths.
Non-Refundable Cases
No refund after using more than 2 paths, after 14 days from purchase, or in case of violation of the Terms of Service.
Exceptions
Refunds may be granted at our discretion for technical issues preventing access.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period with no renewal.
How to Request
Email helpdesk@vltron.app within 14 days of purchase with your account email, transaction ID, and reason.
Processing
Refunds are processed via the payment gateway within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
